The same asset can exist on several networks. For example, USDT can be sent via Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), among others. Each network is an independent system.

Main rule: the network you select when sending must be the same network supported by the destination address. If the networks do not match, the funds may not arrive, and recovering them, where possible, can be complex or costly.

Before sending: 1) confirm on the destination platform which network the address supports; 2) select that same network on the sending platform; 3) copy and paste the full address and check the first and last characters; 4) if it is your first time, consider sending a small test amount first.

If you have already sent via a different network, contact support with the asset, the network used, the destination network, the public address and the TXID. We will review whether any option exists for your case.
